General Website Policy Notes
- All content matter must be accurate and directly related to curriculum, instruction, school-authorized activities, and general school information that is appropriate and of interest to others, or information that relates to schools within District 21. Faculty/staff information must be professional in nature. Personal information of faculty/staff is prohibited. Neither students, staff, nor other individuals may use the district's web pages to provide access to their personal web pages on other servers or online services.

The primary purpose of web page links may not be for commercial or political advertising. Links to commercial/political sites will be done in such a way as to not imply an endorsement of goods, services, candidate, or political point of view.

Personal web pages will not be hosted on District 21 web sites. Links to personal web pages from district web sites are not permitted. This is applies to district employees, students, and community members.
- Student photographs are not published on School District 21 websites without the written consent of the student's parent/guardian.

Pages and links may be removed at the discretion of the administration, or her/his designee.

Objections to web site content will be handled using the District 21 Challenge of Materials Policy.
Links Policy
-Although District 21 attempts to restrict external links to websites of appropriate educational content, neither the school nor School District 21 is responsible for questionable or controversial content found through links external to this site.
-During the development of web pages, evaluate all external links that will be included on web pages for appropriate educational content. Teachers are responsible for this on their classroom pages. The school's Webmaster is responsible for the school's site. The District 21 Webmaster is responsible for the evaluation of such links on the District 21 website.
